A growing business needed a centralized task management CRM to improve team collaboration, project visibility, and productivity. Their existing workflow relied on scattered tools and manual updates, making it difficult to assign tasks, track progress, manage deadlines, and monitor team performance. The goal was to create a modern platform that streamlined project management while giving managers real-time insights into ongoing work.
